Description
In 1966, the Wilson Government, wishing to streamline and organise more closely the local government system in England, appointed a Royal Commission to propose changes to the structure of English local government. Very interesting depiction of the suggested reforms - I think though that it should read Ipswich, Suffolk and Ne Essex rather than Sussex
