That giant thing from RE6 gets taken down by normal humans + 1 meta human, a handful of them, but normal humans.
Half that company could very likely take it down by themselves, fewer still muiltiple such targets by themselves, one such individual in the matter of seconds or just about instantaneously even if there were multiple of them (this statement is excluding Lightning's capabilities, FF is usually over the top but I don't know how powerful she is).

I'm not to informed of Resident Evil's monsters or creatures beside Nemesis, but with what you've told me I do wish the Orgoman got a better build on him in RE6 rather than being portrayed as the stereotypical minion that gets beaten by average humans (As most villains get turned into). I don't really intend on pitting these characters against each other as the games portray them in their weakest forms (Keep it fair and balanced if I ever had to write these characters in). I do agree with you that Final Fantasy can get over the top though. Your statement is what it is, and I'll respect it as such.

Ah, the name's Orgoman? Well, it's a sort of boss fight, but within the game you kill like 3 or 4 of them... maybe more of a mini-boss, but by no means a minion.
Not that they're super easy, depends on the setting, weapons, tactics, etc. it can easily kill the player with a hit or two (also depending on setting), and to be fair one of the humans fighting is super human, and another had an Anti-tank Sniper rifle, though I don't think it compares to some of the weapons most of these characters use.
Just to be honest the average Resident evil creatures aren't going to be much of a challenge for these Space Marines or Super humans even at the lower end of their strengths, let alone the higher end, since all of them are dealt with by normal humans most of the time. Half these guys could walk through a crowds of zombies and not care about the gnawing crawlers.
