Ever since I was young, I always experience sleep paralysis. However, there's one particular time where my sleep paralysis occurred and when I woke up, I refuse to fall back to sleep. While I was sleeping, this imagine or entity visited me and choke my in my dream while reciting the Lord's prayer. I can still remember that chilling smile and those hollow eyes. I can remember how firm and cold its hand. And ever since I saw this entity, its visits are becoming frequent.

I am hoping that depicting this image from my brain will help me forget and be braver when it happens again
