The "fedora-Ludwig" meme is a running gag of /mk8g/, 4chan's Mario Kart general. We also have a Miiverse where we draw these pictures.

200cc Isn't that bad once you get used to the controls. It's much more about control than going fast (since you go fast anyway).

Oooh, I see, so it's Ludwig specifically. I didn't recognize that much! I did see it was from Miiverse, but that's about it x3 I just liked the concept, no doubt it's even funnier if you're in on the joke
