Introducing Power Chord! The punk rock princess Power Chord has the POWER known as "Strings" which is a very unique mutation that puts a giant hole in her legs. (I know this POWER is already pretty sick but it gets even better!) Those holes expose organic metal strings that run through her legs. These metal strings are highly vibrational, and she can even enhance the soundwaves generated by strumming these strings. Lucky for Power Chord she is a very talented guitarist and after getting over the shock of her mutation quickly learned to control her new abilities. She can generate powerful shockwaves of sound and even sonic booms if she gets really into her playing. She eventually got so good at controlling her strings that they became like long metal appendages. Her extra twelve arms are strong enough to hold her body weight and easily lift heavy equipment like drumettes, large amps, and people! (Makes cleanup after a gig pretty easy.) While having great strength and range she still has weaknesses. Being the passionate rebel that she is she gets emotional. Now while usually fueling her fire she can start to become very unstable and lose control when she gets too emotional, and she starts hitting to many wrong notes. Also having giant holes in your legs has to be a pretty big flaw.

I love and hate how weird this character is. I came up with her around 2021 during football practice one day by feeling the grooves in my girdle. Yeah, a weird origin for a weird character. Speaking of weird the name is sorta not really final. I couldn't think of a good name I was completely happy with but Power Chord was the best one. I had a few others like Acoustika or Thunder Thighs (yeah I know.) but I think Power Chord is the best but feel free to suggest names. Power Chord is interesting, I'm sure you might be wondering why she is a villain, but her alignment is a good alignment. Its because she has her own rebellious moral code and she protests against the government organization responsible for testing and the collection of the meteor that crashed into the city. Although she is a villain because of her less than legal methods and her riots, but her heart is in the right place.

That is it I hope you guys are liking the superhero stuff cause it's pretty fun to be able to finally bring these guys into the modern era and off of these old sketchbooks I have. It's also pretty fun making these designs more original and kinda "fixing" them from my younger me versions. I easily have over 75+ different unique superpowered characters to illustrate so stay tuned for that if you like some unique superhero characters!
