I say we need to make laws based on both rights and compromise. there actually are many simple solutions to these problems. Like with the wedding cake thing, why not take on a "dont ask don't tell" policy? It isn't that the majority is religious, it's that the majority considers homosexuality a perversion. And they have the right to, Gays are trying to take other people's rights away, from Grandma's right not to have a man in the bathroom with her to HolyRoller's rights not to perform marriages for people their religion considers immoral.
If gays try to push their opinion on others, they shouldn't whine when others push their opinion on them.

The bathroom thing kind of is a problem for transexuals. I've known one transexual who was told to use the other bathroom in BOTH cases. To where he couldn't use the male or female bathroom. Honestly I don't see the issue. We got stalls. And everybody pees and poops. (yes woman have pee holes too). Granny can easily lock the door.

First of all I'll say it plane and simple. If they look enough like a girl, nobody will even know. Here is even a link to a mtf transgender

So in these cases a good don't ask don't tell policy should be sufficient. Unless of course you keep asking everybody to pull down their pants or constantly kick in the stalls in that case well......I'm pretty sure you'll go to jail even if its the same gender.
Also there are stalls in the bathroom. None of the stalls are see through. Your not peeing in the open here your covered by four walls that hide your nude butt. This means they will more than likely not see your genitalia and you wont see their genitalia. Actually makes sense right? As for the urinal issues maybe you should just give urinals a proper stall as well.
And perhaps if we actually created a sort of gender neutral bathroom there wouldn't be any issues. You wouldn't even have to make it that big and can even label it as a "family restroom." One or two stalls should do the trick and it can also help people who are not transgender. Including that mom who has young boys, that one person who is uncomfortable peeing in the bathroom when other people are in there (I've met people like that). But nope nope :3 apparently we cannot just do that? We continue sticking transgenders in a situation where we cannot pick what bathrooms we want them to use.
And if your THAT uncomfortable just hold it and wait until their out.

The above said, I have no problem with businesses or schools providing gender neutral bathrooms, provided the businesses and non-governmental buildings pay for them themselves and the school and governmental buildings that install them make them pay units to recoup the financial loss. There is no reason to burden the tax payers for special bathrooms for one percent of the population, accept the concept or not.

You do realize transgenders pay taxes too. Here is how I view it and i'm going to be blunt. The majority doesn't want them using the male or female bathrooms. But that doesn't change the fact that they still need to pee somewhere. You guys want them to use a different bathroom you should provide that bathroom. And you know what, transgenders pay taxes too therefore they should also receive benefits. Please do not tell me schools cannot afford it. Middle schools and high schools can CLEARLY afford separate bathrooms for the staff which I actually view as a luxury item considering they have no issues with using male/female bathrooms. We can afford to give seniors their own lounge most of the time. So why not just set aside a gender neutral bathroom.
Again if you don't want them to use that bathroom its your job to provide the alternative.
Though don't ask dont tell works best and spends no taxpayer dollars.

It is true, the majority does not always want the right thing, but as true that neither does the minority. Yes, tg's do need someplace to relieve themselves, but so do normasexual women and they are every bit as entitled to feel safe as tgs.
No, your hypothesis is wrong. The magority doesn't want to ban them from both bathrooms, we want them to use the bathroom their chromosomes suggest they use. The bathroom of their natural gender/sex/genetals. THEY don't want to, their piddly 1% or less of total tax revenue won't pay for their shiny new toilets and all the social services they consume so they should have a fund raiser, but they and their supporters should have to pay for their special bathrooms.
Again, THEY don't want to use the bathroom we already provide for those bearing their genitalia, so it's their job to provide an alternative.
Don't ask, don't tell has gotten tgs across the country tormented, beaten and/or killed as people figured out what they didn't know and it did hurt the tgs. Don't ask, don't tell wouldn't be fun for a lot of tgs.

First of all you mean cisgender not normalsexual. Learn terminology before joining the debate. Second of all they still got a place to relieve themselves. In the bathroom stall with the door closed and locked. And not see through. I don't see the "danger" in it. Many transgenders don't feel safe in their designated chromosome bathroom. Again you got stalls I don't see how its invasive on privacy unless your peeing with the doors unlocked and open. Are those stalls meant for display purpose only? Since apparently they are not for privacy.
They pay their taxes so guess what? They should get the benefit. End of story. It isn't just your personal taxpayer dollars. And actually it wouldn't cost all that much. You guys got staff bathrooms right? Just set those aside for transgenders. That simple. It actually doesn't cost money to just change the label from staff to gender neutral. Why do staff need a separate bathroom from the public anyways? It would actually encourage the owners of the building to keep their bathrooms cleaner if they had to use that bathroom.
What I find funny is your only referring to woman and not men. As if men are these violent creatures. Meanwhile I can honestly say some girls are brutal towards other girls.
And what I mean by don't ask dont tell is if you see somebody walk into the bathroom don't be asking whats between their legs. Usually that violence occurs in the dating and sexual intercourse area which is completely different than bathrooms.

Those are only the "actual phrases" to a small, very small

Perhaps they do. But they only put in $1 for every $99 everyone else puts in, because they are only 1% of 100% of the population. Even counting all their supporters who don't work in fast food, they only contribute $5 out of every hundred and most get that back and more in tax returns at the end of the year. Add that tgs often get their gender reassignment surgery on medicaid/medicare and your theory falls apart.

I supported same sex marriage because honestly, gays couldn't fuck up marriage any more than normals already had. Let me explain. Popping up on google doesn't prove its "correct terminology" but when something doesn't pop up on google with a definition I consider that a red flag stating that not a whole lot of people actually use that term. For example the term you use "normalgender" is CLEARLY not as big of a trend as you think. Since I have yet to find sites with that actual term. Mostly sites that have normal right next to gender. Like "normal gender roles." Sweetie you're little term isn't even popular enough to pop up on a google search.
