Description
The 2019 'Meet the Steam Team' short for Percy reveals that only the top half of Percy's saddle tank is actually his saddle tank - the bottom half is purely cosmetic. This is a quick visualisation of what he would look like without the bottom half using my rather old and outdated model of Percy as he appears in the CGI Series.
