It may not be 100% accurate, but I've worked out how to make a streamlined Thomas shell for a Thomas model/toy that's in his normal shape, using one piece of paper wrapped around the whole thing with a hole for his face, with another piece for the front end. The best part is that it's fully reversible and not permanent, and can be removed and placed back over the engine at any time. I made one for an RC Thomas from a few years ago.
