This is awesome! Great job on drawing April and I like the panels showing her going through the change. As for the second pic being mature or not, I honestly don't mind. I normally keep my photomanips "clean" so everyone can enjoy them.

Looks really cool the way you added the panels. Seems like a tribute to the old Mutatin' April Mutation Chart moreso than the old cartoon episode.
