The Idea popped in my head as I was thinking of the forgotten mutants of the Archie series Ninja turtles comic to draw the obscure Spy for hire only known by the code named: Chameleon in the style of a old James Bond poster. Now some backstory is required Chameleon was a googoley eyed spy for hire who was on the run for stealing plans from the US government for a new missile system where he was captured by the Shredder, who threatened to Mutate him into an actual chameleon if he refused to hand over the stolen plans and the spy called his bluff during a fight between the Shredder and the Turtles Chameleon used his new powers of color changing and wall crawling to sneak out of the Technodrome where he returned the stolen plans. years later in his second appearance Chameleon had seamed to discover that he had shape shifting abilities (Like Clayface) and had a new partner Val (the Black chick in the picture is sub post to be Val)
I added Mona Lisa to the picture because I wwanted to put in a female mutant bond girl
