Insomniac Games Spider-Man is getting a sequel in 2023, and people are excited for it especially since Venom/the symbiote is confirmed to be in it.

Now I made a literature going over ideas for such a sequel over a year ago (here it is: Insomniac Games Spider-Man 2 ideas ) and in it I talked about ways they could mix up the Spider-Man symbiote story and one of them is that late in the game the symbiote forcefully merges with Miles and uses him to get revenge on Spider-Man.

I think it would be an amazing plot point as along with being a nice change to the story, it would be interesting to see Peter struggle with fighting his apprentice not just cause it reminds him of losing Doctor Octavius but because he never had to deal with Miles powers before which itself would be cool gameplay wise as we know how powerful Miles' abilities can be. I also could see that after defeating them and Venom/symbiote escaping again, Miles is traumatized by the experience which could lead to him to taking a break from being a hero till the next Spider-Man game/Miles Morales spinoff where Miles tries to get back into the hero business.
