If you look at the switch panel you'll see Sinel is hitting down, but Cuphead is going up, because the left stick is malfunctioning. When it does things like going up without the right input it's called drifting, sooooo Spinel is happy to play and then Cuphead drifts away
As I said, it's pretty dumb
