Well just looking at this fella, I think I might have a story in mind for him based on the recent phone problems of the Galaxy Note.
Though just throwing this out there, you think he should have more of a Frigimon appearance in the head? Though I do like the little propeller on his head. >w<

I did consider using some of the othe ice type digimon for their design, but opted for a more mechanical inspiration to better fit the applimon style.
The propeller was a cute touch I wanted to add. ^^
