Thanks for the commentsbut actually the title of the posted work is wrong...its not really so about treespirits but more about ancient maori ancesters that "live" in the trees(all part of a story),the faces appear and disappear as the maori hunter speaks to themI will soon post some new designs that look more like faces and mokos that are part of the bark structure..kinda like flowing through it
