Ken and Sabina came out so well!And I tried experimenting w/ poses and their poses were hard to draw.But I did it!
As u may tell,this is another Ken Ichijoji/Sabina Yamamoto pic
I've been meaning to draw this one for awhile now!
Their expressions were fun to draw in
Poor Sabina
STORY:
Ken acted quickly as the Drimogemon leaped at Sabina.
He shoved her out of the way of the Digimon's deadly drill nose,but instead took the blow.
He fell hard to the ground.
"Ken!!"Sabina rushed over to wear he lay wounded."Are you okay??!"
She helped him to gently sit up.
He was clutching his left arm, just below the shoulder.
Blood seeped between his fingers.
The Drimogemon's drill nose had cut into it pretty badly.
"I'm fine,Sabina.But we have to get out of here!"
"But how?"Sabina asked,knowing that Ken was in no condition to run.
"Do you have your crest?"Ken asked,taking his Crest of Kindness out.
"My what?"Sabina was confused.
"Something like this."Ken showed her his crest.
"Oh!"Sabina reached into her right glove and pulled out a small,midnight blue rectangle shape that had her Crest of Honor on it."Now what?How will these help us?"
"If we believe in the power of our crests,we can probably activate them so they'll help us escape."Ken explained."Now follow my lead."
He then held out his crest towards the group of Drimogemon.
Sabina did the same.
They laughed cruelly.
"If that's your last resort to try and save yourself,you have another thing coming!"the main Drimogemon then raised a giant clawed paw.
He was about to bring it down on them when a flash of pinkish light blinded him.
Sabina realized that the light was coming from Ken's crest.
She was awed by its power.
"Sabina!Unlock your crest!!"Ken groaned,struggling to keep hold of the power of his own.
"O-ok!!"Sabina closed her eyes tightly as she held out her crest."Crest of Honor.....please help us escape!We really need you!Ken needs you!"
At that moment,a larger flash of light hit the Drimogemon.
Sabina peered through the blinding,blue light of her crest.
"We did it!"she exclaimed.
"Prepare to run!"Ken said,slowly getting to his feet.More blood poured from his arm as he tried to keep his crest's power on the Digimon.
Sabina stood up and helped support him.
"Now!!"Ken yelled,ceasing his crest's power.
Sabina still kept hers on the Drimogemon as she and Ken ran down the tunnel,stumbling along the way.It was till they were out of sight that the Drimogemon were able to regain clear sight again.
"Where'd they go?"one asked.
"They must've escaped the other way!"another said.
"We will catch them."the lead Drimogemon said as he turned to head back down into the tunnel they had dug.
The other Drimogemon followed,
Meanwhile,Ken and Sabina had gotten as far as they could with Ken's injury slowing him down.
They stopped where they assumed it would be safe.
Ken fell back against the tunnel wall and slid to the ground.
Sabina sat beside him.
"That wound looks horrible!"she said,worriedly.
"Trust me....I've been in.....ungh....worse shape."Ken managed a small smirk to reaasure her.
Sabina sighed sadly.
"But this was my fault."
Ken grabbed her hand and gently squeezed it.
"Don't say that.You were in danger.I had to do something.Besides,you're young and pretty.You don't deserve to die."
Sabina felt her eyes well up.
"Oh Ken!Thank you!"she hugged him tightly,completely forgetting about his injured arm.
"Ahh!"Ken winced.
"I'm so sorry!!!"Sabina gasped,quickly backing away.
Ken laughed."No harm done."
"We need to bandage that up!It may be too late to stop an infection from starting,but we can at least ease the bleeding if we added pressure."
"But there's no bandages."Ken pointed out.
Sabina extended her left leg out and grabbed the bottom of her black shorts.Ken watched as she tore a long strip from it.
"Whoa."he said as she then began to wrap the strip around his arm.
"I watch a lot of medical shows when I'm bored."Sabina blushed.
"Good thing too."Ken said.
Sabina continued wrapping up his arm.
"Ok,Ken.I need to tug to secure the bandage.It may hurt."Sabina warned him.
"I'm ready."Ken took a deep breath.
Sabina held onto his right shoulder as she prepared to tighten the bandage on his left arm.
"Ahh!"Ken cried as she did.
"Omigosh! I'm so sorry,Ken!I pulled too hard..."Sabina said frantically,worried that she made his pain worse.
Ken chuckled slightly."No,it's okay,Sabina.You're just......trying to help."
Sabina tied the ends of the bandages together to further secure it.
"There.How does it feel?"
"It still hurts but I'm glad the bleeding has stopped.Thanks to you."Ken hugged Sabina,who blushed more than ever.
"You're....you're welcome,Ken."she giggled.
