I love how Big-Chill's intangibility powers came out.....the fireball is another story 
I tried to make it look like some of it was through him and the tail end wasn't
I fails......

Big-Chill was determined to get his love back. And he was going to make sure that despicable Highbreed got what he deserved for kidnapping her! It had been at least 3 hours since he begun his search.......but Big-Chill was not going to rest till Ditto was back with him, safe and sound. Big-Chill flew under the luminescent glow of the moon. His left eye caught a flash of a strange, orange light. "Huh?!" Big-Chill uttered. Without thinking, he went intangible. And it seemed to be just at the right moment, too. A massive fireball flew right threw him. It would have seriously injured him if he hadn't acted quick. "Whoa!!" Big-Chill exclaimed, shocked. "Where did that come from?!" "What are you doing here?!" a angry, unknown voice then called to him.**************************************
oooh...dun u love suspense?!
Course ya do
Who's voice was that?? And why did they attack Big-Chill??

Great intagibility effect. By the way, what program do you draw in?

I drew w/ pencil first, then outlined in Sharpie.
I made sure that Big-Chill's outline wasn't touching the outlines of the other pics so I could color his outline.
The intangibility effect was made by adjusting the opacity levels of my brush and eraser tools in Photoshop CS3 :3

So you digitally color around the Sharpie? If I do it digitally I always completely redo the lineart. I should try your way sometime and see if it works for me.

yeah I select the areas I want to color and then color them w/ whatever color I want XD
