Made it with: www.rinmarugames.com/game/?gam…I decided to make this because I kinda thought it will be cute for my friend's OC and my two OC, the blonde guy and Naomi. The guy with blue hair is a character from this game called Persona 3.
Anyways, I thought it will be adorable if the characters were dress up in their Halloween costume. :3
It was sorta hard to find a hair style for Minato/Makoto(guy with blue hair) from Persona 3, but I think the hair that I gave him sorta suits him. I might change it later, but I dunno it. :/
Anyways the idea of this picture is that they are going
