Hhahaha, anyways, to be honest with you all I actually made one months but I sorta didn't like that color at all, so I sorta wanted to change it until I forgot about it until my three friends decided to make Sailor Scouts of their OC's so why the heck not .3. Originally I was going to make all my friends as Sailor Scouts, but it seem like they beat me to it.... Oh well
I made re-made Sailor Naomi, I think she looks really cute and great with these colors. I was going to give her a sword, but I was like, nah I was giving her something else but I decided to go with this item because why not.
Um... I guess I her nickname is could be something like Sailor Rose or Sailor Heart I dunno I guess Sailor Light I fucking don't know XDD
Anyways, I know this short but whatever..I couldn't think of anything else but I had a lot of fun making this. ^~^

What I meant is it's weird to me that I never made a Sailor Senshi with a pastel pink/sea green-ish blue uniform, even though looking at it here, it seems really obvious
