This is my version of the phantom blot. He appears in the Reboot ducktales verse. He has a history with HDL’s father and his family.
He and Magica De Spell are romantically invovled both before and after she was forced into her current state. She’s pretty much the only person he loves and cares for.
He is behind Zack Duck’s disappearance. He is a dangerous, cruel and vindictive criminal.
