I love the strong jaw and chin here, nice attention to the cheekbones too!
Musculature is always important for Peeg ^^
It's cool that you go with the leather strap to hold her cape on rather than the gold rope.
The only complaint I could possibly you're making her more and more hourglass shaped with a teeny-tiny waist as you go. PG looks great to a trim waist, but not quite as 'powerful' anymore. Personally, I think she looks best with those narrow hip bones like Ivy from Soul Caliber.
All said, keep up the great work! I look forward to seeing more :3

Thank you, your comment reminded me of Powergirl. My style has changed so much I have to draw her again just to see how she looks by my hand now.
And I do agree with your Hourglass figure complaint, I didn't like it either.

Like I said, it's not a big complaint. If it's part of your style, embrace it! I just don't see Power Girl having 'child baring hips' in the comics usually. It'd be great to a fresh attempt, I bet it'll turn out great! ^^
