Ability/s: Cardinal. This pokemon's STAB moves deal normal damage to pokemon that resist them. If another pokemon with Cardinal is on the field, the pokemon's STAB moves are super effective to anything that doesn't have Cardinal as its ability. Does not affect type immunities.
Hidden Ability: n/a
Stats: special attacker
Moves: fire blast, air cutter, will-o-wisp, drill pick

Pokedex: the pokemon representing the south. Heat radiates from its body as it flies. It respects anything that can withstand the intensity of its flames.

Gender Ratio: genderless
Egg Group: no eggs
Height: 1.9m (top of head to feather tips, body would probably be about 1.4m)

Name Origin: zhūhóng + Nán (Google translate traditional chinese for "vermillion" and "south" respectively)
Design: the vermillion bird, although i actually used Crimson instead, my bad. This one was a bit trickier, and the colours aren't quite what I had in mind, but I like it. Shiny better represents the crimson colour. I was kind of inspired by Zhuqiaomon.
