That's a great song for the moment.
Of course, Peach suffered from plenty of mishaps while she was learning to fly. But then again, Mario couldn't have been much different. I remember struggling really hard to figure out how to control Mario's flying with the Wing Cap when i first played Super Mario 64.

I guess not. It did get a little popularity because of an online flash game titled "Freeway Fallguy". In which the player is one of the car drivers.
