This is a great shot!
Moments like these are why my dad sometimes calls them Jersey Koalas. We also call them Roof Rats!
There's an old, fat female we call Dotty. She has horrible cataracts in her right eye so it looks like there's a big blue/silver dot in the middle of her eye. I started calling her Dotty; then dad started calling her Dotty "Dead Eye". She has little ones that come out of the nest up the pole out front. I think she put her nest there because we feed the squirrels walnuts. I affectionately refer to the few that come right up to my feet "toe sniffers". 
In my gallery I have a couple of pictures of a particular toe sniffer named "Maxx Longtail". We also call her "The Strawberry Thief".
