This is Cartoony Cat, the enemy and complete opposite of Cartoon Cat, and unlike Cartoon Cat, he wants to protect those helpless from Cartoon Cat since Cartoony Cat himself has the soul of Cartoon Cat's creator inside him.

Cartoony Cat for his personality, he can be hothead at times and also easily angered, but he makes up for his angry personality with the incredible ability to fight (Since the creator before he became Cartoony Cat used to take karate lessons).

As for Cartoon Cat himself, he hates Cartoony Cat (even though that Cartoon Cat has the soul of a salty fan of Cartoon Cat's original show inside and Cartoony Cat has the soul of the show's creator, like I stated before) and will do anything to make sure he doesn't get in the way of his killing sprees.
