It evolves from Scizor when leveled up while knowing Outrage.
Concept:
Scyther is a great fighter. The entire pokemon scientific community thought he-- as a Scizor-- had achieved his maximum potencial , yet nobody knew Scizor only was a strong cocoon, which contained the most powerful and savage pokemon of the evolutionary line, Scizard

Technichian bullet punch made scizor work best. Bug/sterl may not be the coolest typing but it is most certainly one of the most resistant

Hey, donΒ΄t you think is Base stats are too low for a bloody Dragon that is third evolutionary stage? Why not give it amazing speed and HP? And a bit more attack..make that 135 a 150.

I think you should do it a signature move, it should have a priority STAB Dragon move and a priority STAB Bug move.

you know what you should have done? u should have made it evolve while holding a dragon's tooth, or a leaf stone lol because outrage is a move barely anyone learns and theres no TM for it.

hmm... idk if i like the coloring i like the pale green color but it seems kinda silly for it to go from gree to red back to green again i think it shoul've been like brown or gray or idk

Scizor was a rusty cocoon, and Scizard is pale green to resemble Scyther.
