Shadow: I don't think the Ultimate Life Form needs an introduction. You got Shadow all his bells and whistles: super speed, super strength, Homing Attack, Light Speed Attack, Black Tornado, Shadow Boost, Chaos Spear, Chaos Blast, Chaos Control, etc.

Shadow (Chaos Boost): Down the line, we got Shadow's trump card. Whenever he removes his Inhibitor Rings, Shadow accesses his Chaos Boost, becoming a dynamo of Chaos Energy. He has trained his power to be more versatile. He can fire more destructive Chaos Spears, eradicate enemies faster with his improved Chaos Control, and make ground zero with his more powerful Chaos Blast. He can even power this up to three levels.

Shadow (Chaos Boost: Level 4): Oh boy! Well this is a new one. Apparently Shadow has figured out a way to push his Chaos Boost beyond its regular limits, allowing him to reach Level 4. Level 4 allows him to channel more intense Chaos Energy than before. In this state, he can project his Chaos Energy as an energy beam known as the Chaos Flash. However, it seems that this state puts of massive strain on his body and could burn out his power, leaving him exhausted.

Super Shadow: To the left, we got Super Shadow. When Shadow harnesses the power of the seven Chaos Emeralds, he accesses his Super Form with increased strength, speed, invulnerability, and his Chaos Powers become greatly enhanced.

Super Shadow (Super Chaos Boost): Now, this one his a real kicker. When Shadow removes his Inhibitor Rings in his Super Form, he can increase his already incredible power even further.

Super Shadow - Exceeded-: UPDATE! New information has been added. Much like Sonic before him, Shadow can go into a state beyond his Super Form, he can use the Master Emerald to increase the power of the Chaos Emeralds in their standard form achieve an even greater power, Super Shadow -Exceeded-. This advanced state of his Super Form is known as a "Limit Breaker Form." Shadow's body is charged with Positive Chaos Energy, causing his quills to shine with a bright golden sheen with sparks around him. Moreover, red energy also flows from his eyes. His power vastly surpasses that of his standard Super Form, rivaling that of his Hyper Form. However, unlike his Hyper Form, Shadow needs to properly control the form's power to keep it stable.

Super Shadow -Exceeded- (Exceeded Chaos Boost): Even in this state, Shadow can remove his Inhibitor Rings, granting him a major boost to his already incredible raw power.

Dark Shadow: Now, this is unexpected! Going to the right, we see that when Shadow harnesses the negative energy of the Chaos Emeralds, he accesses a Dark Form of his own, becoming Dark Shadow. Shadow is more adept at using his dark powers than Sonic, given his aggressive nature (Shout out to for his version of Dark Shadow in his Dawning of Darkness series). Like Dark Sonic, Dark Shadow lacks the invulnerability of a true Super Form. Still, he possesses sheer endurance and an extensive increase in his speed and overall raw might.

Dark Shadow (Dark Chaos Boost): Naturally, Shadow possesses the Chaos Boost in his Dark Form as well. Thanks to the Emeralds' negative energy, the ability yields far more destructive power.

Hyper Shadow: Now we go to the upper left. With the power of the seven Super Emeralds, Shadow can become Hyper Shadow. His abilities in his Hyper Form are far more extraordinary than those in his Super Form. His enemies will have their work cut out when they try to beat the Ultimate Life Form in this state.

Hyper Shadow (Hyper Chaos Boost): Should Shadow feel the need to do so, he can remove his Inhibitor Rings and give an incredible boost to his Hyper Form. His Chaos Boost in this form is beyond anything he's experienced before. Moreover, he has access to the Hyper Chaos Control, Hyper Chaos Spear, and Hyper Chaos Blast.

He achieves the form of Hyper Shadow -Exceeded-. As a "Limit Breaker Form," Shadow's body is filled to the brim with Positive Chaos Energy, causing his quills to shine with a multi-colored sheen with matching sparkles glittering around him. At the same time, light blue energy flows from his eyes. His power skyrockets far above what it was, allowing him to wield his Chaos Powers with immense power and extreme control.

Hyper Shadow - Exceeded- (Exceeded Chaos Boost): Should he feel the need, Shadow can remove his Inhibitor Rings and push the power of his Hyper -Exceeded- Form even further. This grants him the strength to break through anything with nothing but sheer power.

Ultimate Shadow: We now have new information and...oh, wow! This is Shadow's power as the Ultimate Life Form brought to the surface and then some. Shadow's creator, Professor Gerald Robotnik, apparently knew that Shadow would continue to grow and change as he fought, gaining power beyond his design. Upon discovering this, using the powers of the Master Emerald and Super Emeralds and letting them resonate with his heart devoted to his promise to Maria, Shadow gained a new transformation that brought his ultimate power outward with might rivaling that of Sonic's Omni Form; Ultimate Shadow. Ultimate Shadow possesses longer, sharper quills with golden and white highlights for his spines and golden highlights for his eyes and legs. He sports a light shade of grey, golden yellow eyes, and a golden sheen.

Additionally, as a "Limit Breaker Form," Ultimate Shadow's body is filled with Chaos Energy that also flows from his eyes. In this form, Shadow's attributes are boosted to massive levels. Like Omni Sonic, Shadow has the ultimate balance in speed, power, and energy, making him the strongest he's ever been in history. Moreover, Shadow's Chaos Powers are supercharged with Chaos Energy in the form of electricity, allowing him to discharge it from his body in the form of powerful and destructive attacks.

Ultimate Shadow (Ultimate Chaos Boost): The most powerful variation of the Shadow's Chaos Boost. When he removes his Inhibitor Rings, his already colossal power skyrockets beyond anything it was in the past. But, this is a gamble. If Shadow lets his power burn out of control, it could spell his end.
