This is the final scene of my newest Wreck-It Ralph fic, Go See The World. No matter how far we race in this modernized, digital world and no matter how rough life gets, there is just something so timeless that can never be lost or beaten when you spend a starry night sitting around a warm campfire with those you love most. I see this as more than just a fun doodle generated from my imagination. It’s the knot that ties together all the little individual events that happen in my story, as well as another contribution towards my wish to see the whole WiR family together in one setting. Just imagine how great it would have been to see our 4 core characters and the racers interact together full-on for everyone to see and get those warm fuzzy feelings of unity and family bonding. Oh, sequel, why do you hold such potential back so?

EDIT: It completely slipped my mind that the 8th Anniversary of Wreck-It Ralph was a few days prior to me posting this piece. So I shall make this sketch of my favourite virtual family stand as my contribution to the occasion. This ground-breaking movie explores a world that we've never seen before with an incredible story to tell and beautifully crafted characters to star in the spotlight. Wreck-It Ralph is truly a parcel of trills, laughs, and heartwarming feel-goods packaged as one, and will forever be timeless to me and millions of others (in more ways than one since this movie is loaded with old-school references that only become stronger with age...unlike the sequel's, whose jokes will expire very quickly as the modern world progresses forward). Happy (late) birthday, you awesome movie, you!
