The best way to tell if your Oc is good is to see if it best fits the fandom you're creating it for. Such as for this fandom, the color suit the colors normally seen on the show; the train model also looks to be based off of a real train too. The OC must have a balanced personality, with flaws, talents, positive traits, negative traits, all the factors necessary to make a believable characters for others to enjoy.

This is what it sometimes makes me mad. When I made myself as a T&F character like yours, some users criticize me that I'm impersonating the main character of the show. But it's not true.
