It's a book called "The Tiger: A true story of survival".  There's a lot of factos about Russia, there's also a tiger running around eating people xD  (In the last chapter, they discovered the Tiger is in fact, racist, because it specifically targets Russians instead of various native tribes to Russia, lol )

Eeeeeeeh... the tracking and actual story parts?  Sure!  But there's a lot of info dumping that makes it feel a bit like you're reading a history textbook, or a transcript for a history/nature show.  The guy also keeps going back and referencing tiger mating in detail??? xD  Regardless, you could skip those parts and just read the parts where they're talking about the tiger attacks and stuff.  Unless you like the info dump, you might, in which case have fun reading it~  But yeah... I guess I could give it a pseudo-recommendation? xD  The last chapters ARE pretty riveting I gotta admit~
