WIP request for LuxrayBlast

There wasn't enough room on my paper to draw the rest of his other tail, but that will be added in digitally. Let me know if there's anything I should change.

Side note to anyone else: Please don't take this as an invitation to demand requests. I usually don't like it when people ask me for them; I may make an exception if I know who you are, and I happen to like the thing you want me to draw. If you really, really want me to draw something for you, offering a trade would be the better option (but I can still refuse for any reason). Thank you.
