This is part of an art trade with Lugia3379 , who wanted me to draw a Rayquaza. All those other Rayquaza's on DA look so fierce and serious all the time, so I wanted to give you something a little different ^.^ Enjoy!NOTE: I am not taking new art trades at the moment, I have a few more to go before they're all finished, and school will be starting up in about a month. If I think I have time, I'll open those back up ^.^
