Description
Today the Asterix & Obélix comic series turns 60. Even though the comics and films had a certain influence on me when I was young, I don't think I've seriously drawn the main cast before. So here's my tribute to the irreducible Gauls! Find me on Facebook , Tumblr , Twitter and Instagram !

Made part of my childhood too, though not too much as I literally could only read some of the books my cousins were collecting as my parents never bought me any.
And I had this questions that prevailed for years: does the bard sing THAT bad?
Then we got that CGI movie not too long ago called the Domain of the Gods which I managed to watch and...nevermindhecanshutupnow.

Well he sang pretty bad in the movies in French, not sure about the English version.

I watched the movie online, in french dub with english subs, so it was the original version.
Well I meant by singing, but it was actually first muffled since we were hearing from Asterix and Obelix who had brocoli covering their ears. Everybody was running away from the place and the ground was even shaking but I was like "huh its muffled but I don't think its that bad in a point to" then Obelix took away the brocoli for one second and I was like "OK NEVERMIND THAT IS NOT SINGING THAT'S DEMON SPAWN SCREECHING, ABORT ABORT"
