Let's see:
1: Retro Daisy says she "knows an opportunity when [she] sees one".
2: She saw such an opportunity when Modern daisy made her wish.
3: She formulated a plan: Merge with her modern self and get all of the attention away from Peach.
4: Peach gets jealous and makes a poorly-worded wish.
5: Exploit the opportunity and unleash/free her people from the Retro Universe and take over the modern era.
It's a long series of batman gambits, but if this was even somewhat premeditated by Retro Daisy, then she just qualified for Magnificent Bitch!
Then again, she did display a considerable bit of knowledge when interacting with Daisy prior to their merger...
