Well then allow me to elaborate. Blank-chan: Older sister of ___-chan by a few minutes, polar opposite personality, loves her precious imouto dearly (the normal sister way, get your mind out of the gutter), thinks the extra pudge makes her sister look even cuter (not in like a fetish way, but more of a 'helpless creature I want to protect' way).
Turns out the real April Fools joke was that there was none, it really was just a normal picture of Blank-chan as she always was and always will be. (if anything, the joke was on me who spent almost all of yesterday drawing this). I also realised some way through drawing this that the 'twins in matching outfits' thing would also be a great April fools joke, though that was purely coincidental.
