Oooh, I sympathise, I get headaches a lot, but then again, I'm in a store all day listening to people talking and shouting and Bosses getting mad at each other.

Ah, see silence is a foreign concept for my life, there's always noise. I live in a busy part of the city so even at night there's constant noise. Lucky me, i only get Migraines every so often when life becomes waaaay too much, but other than that I just get the normal kind of headaches!

I just go into my room close the door the curtains and try to sleep noise isn't usually a foreign concept. Really it's cause my mom has to sleep during the day cause of the fact that she works the night shift.

Ahh, see I've been wired from years with special needs siblings to be alert at all times for something going wrong, so when i moved out that was hard to stop. I'm trying to kick the habit, but there's only so many sleeping pills I can ask my shrink to prescribe before he gets suspicious.

yeah I used to sleep with a radio on but I stopped after a while.
