So the Autobots used to have a double agent in the Decepticon Justice Division, Agent 113. He was the old Vos. He sent messages to the Autobots in a very specific way. He put the message in a bullet and shot it through the right eye of a bot's Autobot insignia. First Aid was one of the bots told to look out for it, which explains his 'obsession' with Autobot insignias. He shot one through Swerve's insignia on his shoulder. That's why First Aid's so happy: he finally found it. Sort of. Technically Velocity uncovered it, but only cause First Aid told her to
