Description
This is a completely new version of my windowsMe theme. Taken from the WinMEv2, and made better. The skin supports UIS+1 and has everything the original release had. [Wallpaper,sounds,and Icons] Plus a Tclock Banner for the Startmenu. Plus not to mention the windowsMe startup screen.Skin also comes with extra buttons, These include Application launchers, [In Five categories] and also rollup, and Stick to desktop functions too.
