Description
Custom Fifth Doctor figure tweaked to include his hat and stick of celery. This figure was first released without either decoration and so I tweaked it to include both, sculpted in Milliput. It wasn't until 6 or 7 months later that Character Options released their own official tweaked release with hat and celery.
