Description
My custom built Rani action figure based on the classic Dr Who story, 'Time and the Rani' (1987).Modelled around a Primeval, 'Jenny' action figure. Sculpted using standard and fine Milliput, I have included a WIP picture to give an idea of some of the re-modelled work that went into building it. As with all my figures, I sculpt around the joints so that the figures still retain full articulation, with paint airbrushed on so as not to clog the joints.

Character Options copied you idea of reusing older models to make new ones.
The new Doctor Who Bill figure uses the Primeval Abby Maitland's legs and shoes from her Series 1 and 2 models respectively.

I assume the head can no longer be turned in case the hair snaps. Definitely turned out well

Very nice! That brocade looks complicated to paint, nice cheekbones!

Cheers fella, the painting was fine, the sculpting around the joints so that they remain fully poseable is where it gets tricky, so clothing on a limb doesn't look odd bent or extended. Dear Kate had the most wonderful cheekbones in real life and it was a pleasure to study them.
