Interesting upgrade on the details. Almost carries a bit of a feel of Dragon Shiryu from Saint Saeya!

It's pretty old school. I believe it was originally imported to the US as "Knights of the Zodiac." The characters wore armors called Cloths that were linked to and powered by constellations.
