So it's new theme time.This round's theme is:
Mike Mignola
the pieces can be busts, waist up or even full body.
It's really how I feel about the character and how I see the character (there's no choice in the matter, sorry)
fun stuff, will hopefully get a better hang of it.

I really like the simple color and the striking amount of solid black. It's hard to do that without losing some clarity, but you pulled it off very well. Good work!

Hrm.... I think this one would have been better without the red line around his body. You have a very sorta... perfectionist feel about your work that looks awesome usually, but I think in something like this suggesting where his body is rather than telling would have been better.

i don't know how serious you take the mignola part but if you really try to copy his style you hould change your anatomy his anatomy is way more simplified and abtracted (eg [link] or [link] ) i also would suggest to change your color palette to a not so glaring one (this cover pretty much has the same color composition he mostly uses one color tone for characters or the bg.... i know you can't really apply this to thi image since it has no background [link] ) as well i am missing the small lines and dots in the lighted areas
