I was pretty sure this guy was a hemmorhoid in Darkwing Duck's ass in the few episodes he was in of THAT series. Of course, whereas Darkwing gets his funding from S.H.U.S.H., GizmoDuck gets his from McDuck Enterprises.

In Belgium and Holland he's called Gizmo, but I forgot the Dutch name for the guy in it
Oh man, how I loath those dubbed cartoons nowadays. I hate the Holland voice actors, but hey, gotta live with it.
Like now we finally got Cartoon network on cable, too bad 95 percent of it is dubbed in Dutch (with terrible voice acting, and the same voices are used in every cartoon running)
Watching Samurai Jack makes my skin crawl, altough it is brilliantly made, the voices make me wanna cry!
