Description
Full-Colour commission for of his original characters.Based on a written description, I did my best to depict the piece.
Had fun w/ this one.
funny that even though i was looking @ lots of sunrises to get the sky looking proper, it kinda looks like a sunset.

I'm curious, how does a sunset appear differently than a sunrise? To me, it only seems different because of the different landscapes that the sun disappears/appears behind, but is there something more to it?
This is very cool though. I like how you emulated the camera focus by blurring the grass. The lighting is also very well done.

to me, a sunsetting would have a different tone to it.
i would've added more pinks and purples to the sky, and the intensity of the light hitting the character's wouldn't be as strong.

This is really amazing. It did register as sunset to me, though...I think sunrise has more of a yellow-orange and a bluer blue (if that makes any sense), but this one does remind me of the sunrise this morning over my city, because it looked like the whole sky was on fire. O_o. Anyway. Enough rambling. This is just plain awesome. *nod*

Oh, no. I mean it looks too wide/thick. For someone so skinny (judging by the neck and such), you'd think his arms would be a bit thinner. But yeah, I totally get the style. The thickness just seems out of place.
