I might just try to make this outfit. MIGHT. I have plenty of experience in making clothes for MMD.
However, If I finish it, It wont be rigged or anything like that (well I might be kind enough to do a simple rig)
Also it wont have physics or anything like that. So you might want to ask someone else for that if you can't do it.
Also, I dont like that TDA base... Could you link me to possibly a different TDA one?

Well, right now I got the basics of the dress and the over the dress top thingy done. I need to add the frills, lace and bows and the necklace. Then adjust the shape of the dress. and also texture ^^
Also, I'm glad to see how many people are helping you XD You're gonna have like 3 of the same kind of dress XD

Erm, if I decide to do this, can I change the base? I'm not a fan of Tda... I want to try making this my scratch though, and as it would be my first time it wouldn't be very good either.
