Male Wendy would have gotten his growth spurt very late. He would have been very short when younger, compared to his taller sisters in order to keep her "we're booth freaks" aspect with female Dipper.

When I gender-swapped Dipper, I made the following conversions:
-Dipper's forehead birthmark vanishes and becomes a very bad allergy (Dipper's allergy is mentioned in "Weirdmagedon)
-Dipper's unmasculine kitten sneeze becomes an embarassinly unfeminine bull-moose roar of a sneeze.
-The trademark pinetree hat becomes a surgeon mask to protect her sinuses. Many people assume she is a boy from the way she dresses.Β
-Girl Dipper's nick name is "Pepper". Get it?
