Is really this the end of all ? The end of all our laughters and all our summer and winter fun ? Is really this the end of all of chatters during the boring time ? Is this the end of all our stupid nik names that we given to all our teachers ? Is this the end of all our presents in the moments of fears or sadness ? Is this really the end of our friendship ? Maybe is, oh my...And I don't even know why.I only wanted to tell that I'll miss you, my friend...Even now...That you finally lose me.
The poem is dedicated to a special person.

yeah i know how it's like to lose a friend, an this one decided to make me feel like the victim of our friendship going down the drain. 
but less about me, this is about you, i'm sorry to hear about your friendship, but there are loads of people out there plus you have your art buddys (including me!) who are always ready to have a chat and a laugh with you.
and also nothing ever ends, you still have the memories and those good thoughts will stay strong forever
