But horsie and person look alright

Lyla had just finished brushing Koda when a boy came running up and shoved a flyer in her face. Lyla frowned, took the flyer out and said,"What's this?"
The boy replied,"An event you can take part in with Koda!" Then he gave Koda a quick pat and ran off. Lyla looked down at the flyer. It said BRIs Cross and Endurance event. She turned the page and saw the landscape and gasped.
"Look Koda, it's gorgeous!" Lyla said as she brought the paper up to Koda's face. Koda looked at it for a couple seconds, then gave her a look that said "I can't read." which received a chuckle and a loving rub from Lyla.
