Some speedpaint I did within 3 hours and a half to 4.I think I went a bit overboard with her helmet thingy.. LOL. xD
Doesn't look like her original design at all. But anyways.. yeah.

lol WEll. This is a complicated question... but I usually have NOT more than 5 layers. lol.
Rough sketch, SKetch, Drawing/Linework, Base paint.> MERGE DOWN.
Multiply shadows, overlay highlights,> Merge down
Paint everything on a "normal Layer" on top.
It's not the best way to work since it gets messy sometimes. Haha. If you look at my work, you can still see my sketch lines all around . (Especially her bra area)

I would want to stylize a Gatomon... But it looks too simple I don't really think it's necessary. LOL. xD
But I Don't mind taking up requests though.

You wouldn't HAVE to stylize her, just some fanart of her normal version would be good enough for me at least ^^
Also, if you compare Gatomon with Gatomon X, I think it'd be possible to stylize her at least in some way
