Description
Linkle was a a character cut from the recently released Hyrule Warriors, supposedly the younger sister of Link (much like Aryll, only much cooler) and I personally would have loved to see her in the game. I started this drawing two months ago, only to be swamped by waves of depression and other personal stuff. It's certainly not my best work, but I hope you enjoy it all the same.Am I the only one who'd like to see a female Link sometime?

Of course, lol. I know most fans think of link as a specific character rather than just a hero that reincarnates at each cycle as a new person. There is nothing in Link's reincarnations requires Link to be male.

It's possible that she might be coming to Hyrule Warriors: Legends due to a crossbow (Similar to Linkle's) seen in the character poster for HW: Legends.

They might be just trolling people by putting the crossbow in the image like that. But they shouldn't troll people since people really showed so much support for her. I think she should've been in the game in the first place. If she's actually coming in Legends, then I think I know what I'm preordering next.

I remember when somebody told me that adding a female Link is a stupid concept, which the person was obviously wrong.

That person has little imagination, in my opinion. A female Link would be a very interesting concept to explore.

I never bought an XL system, but I might get the "New" 3DS XL just for the extra battery life (Since I spend probably about 51 minutes per play session).

Yeah, but I'm more of a gamer who prefers the smaller version. But well, the XL would be good for me since I spend alot of time playing Hyrule Warriors. And also since the "New" 3DS XL is the only "New" 3DS that we can all get in North America. I remember on InstaGram when I got called "UnAmerican" because I said that I want the smaller version to be released in North America.

I watched some Hitler reaction videos on YouTube. They were him reacting to things. Three of them were him reacting to Hyrule Warriors-Related stuff. The one was him reacting to the treasure box edition not coming to North America and the other is him reacting to Skull Kid not being a playable character in the Majora's Mask.

She would've probably had a programmed mechanic where if you accidently attack a cucco or attack one that is already an enemy, she could've said something like: "Sorry!" or "I didn't mean to attack you.". If I worked there, the game wouldn't have had Tingle. It would've had Saria or Anju.

Yep. I read in an article that they put him in it because Miyamoto likes him and is popular in Japan (Which he should've been exclusive to the Japanese version while other countries get a different character since Tingle isn't very popular outside of Japan).

Well, at least our favorite characters who didn't make it might have another chance in Legends. Hopefully characters such as Skull Kid and Saria make it. I even hope Linkle makes it. Me want Linkle to be playable!

For some reason, I've been passing up some of the Zelda mangas every time I'm at Nintendo World. I've been there twice and never got any, but I did get some things on the two trips (First time there: I got four Zelda items. Second time there: I got a Tetra mini figure by Jakks Pacific and a Peach plush.).

Thank you very much! It would be tons of fun to see a Linkle-like character grace a Zelda game in some form or other. Here's hoping that the new Zelda for Wii U has its own version of Linkle!

I'd love to see a female link; it'd be so different but cool! Everybody playing the game would have to think differently: "What would Link do in this situation if he were a girl?"
