I might drop the one if I lose too much interest, but it's my first real attempt at animating my furries frame-by-frame.30 frames per second...pretty fast for frame by frame

I checked Flash.com, and can someone tell me why the hell people have to pay 700$ to make 30 second or less animations with little to no color?
